DamonPS2 (“App”) has been developed and is operated and maintained by or on DamonPlay Technology Limited Corporation (DamonPlay). DamonPlay is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information whilst striving to provide a user-friendly experience.

We do not collect personal information unless provided by users. For example your name, email address etc, where you have provided it for feedback or subscription purposes. We do not share these information with another party unless it:
is necessary to respond to your enquiry;
provide you with a service or improve our services; or
is required or authorised by law
The App also uses Google Analytics and Firebase and Umeng to collect aggregate, non-personally identifiable information, to help us understand how this App is used. We will be able to see any personally identifiable information. We will see aggregated demographics and App usage statistics which we may be shared with sponsors and other organizations in order to provide better services.

To provide convenience to the users, this App may contain links to third party websites, apps (e.g. social media etc), services or resources. We are not responsible for the content or privacy policies of these. Before submitting any personal information if so required by such websites, apps, services or resources, you should check their privacy policy.

By using this App you agree to the terms of this privacy policy. You agree that you are responsible for your own data. DamonPlay is not responsible in any way for any loss of data caused by or in connection with use of this App. We may amend this privacy from time to time without prior notification.
